Barnham is ideally sited near the Sussex coast for exploring the many local attractions. The whole of the South Downs area is a site of outstanding natural beauty and boasts a number of interesting places to visit including Roman Chichester, Petworth House and Park, Arundel with its famous castle and cathedral and Bognor Regis and Felpham which boast more sunshine hours than anywhere on mainland Britain. Felpham is a good centre for wind-surfing and all water sport activities.
